TensorHub Technologies ("TensorHub", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy covers the personal data we process when you visit our website, create an account, deploy AI agents, or otherwise interact with THriveX (the "Service"). It applies to prospects, registered users, and authorized representatives of our business customers.

03How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including running the AI agents you configure;
- To authenticate accounts and secure the platform against fraud and abuse;
- To respond to enquiries, demo requests, and support tickets;
- To monitor performance, diagnose issues, and improve reliability;
- To communicate product updates, provided you have not opted out of marketing communications; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
04AI Processing & Model Training
Prompts, documents, and other content you submit to THriveX agents are processed in order to generate the requested output and to operate features you enable, such as session history and workspace search. We do not use Customer Data submitted through paid workspaces to train underlying foundation models without your explicit consent.
Where AI Workspace or agent flows call third-party model providers to generate output, that content is transmitted to those providers solely to fulfil your request, subject to their processing terms and our contractual safeguards.
06Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Workspace content is generally retained for the duration of your account and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account closure, unless a longer period is required by law.
08Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@thub.tech. We will respond in accordance with applicable law, which may include verifying your identity before fulfilling a request.
10International Transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards required under applicable data protection law.
11Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date, and where appropriate, additional notice will be provided.
