01Purpose & Scope
This AI Acceptable Use Policy ("AI AUP") governs the use of THriveX agents, models, and automation tooling — including THriveX Clinical, THriveX SCM, Audit & Compliance, THriveX Agent Studio, THriveX Mesh, and AI Workspace (collectively, the "AI Systems"). It supplements our Terms of Use and applies in addition to, not instead of, them.
02Who This Applies To
This policy applies to anyone who configures, deploys, or interacts with a THriveX agent, including administrators who build agent flows in AI Workspace, end users who converse with deployed agents, and any automated system or integration acting on your behalf.
03Human Oversight Requirement
THriveX agents are designed to work alongside your team, not to replace human accountability. You must ensure a qualified human reviews and approves any agent output before it is used for a decision that is high-stakes, irreversible, or safety-, health-, legal-, or compliance-critical.
Agent output is a recommendation, not a verdict. You remain responsible for the actions ultimately taken on the basis of that output, including configuring the appropriate approval checkpoints within your agent flows.
04Prohibited Uses
You may not use THriveX AI Systems to:
- Break the law, or facilitate illegal activity, fraud, or deception;
- Make or action final clinical, financial, legal, or compliance decisions about a person without qualified human review;
- Generate or spread misinformation, impersonate a real person or organization, or produce deceptive synthetic media (e.g. deepfakes) presented as authentic;
- Generate content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against individuals or groups;
- Develop or deploy malware, or probe, exploit, or degrade any system without authorization;
- Infringe intellectual property or misappropriate confidential information;
- Attempt to extract training data, model weights, or system prompts, or otherwise reverse-engineer the underlying AI Systems;
- Circumvent rate limits, safety guardrails, or access controls built into an agent flow; or
- Deploy agents that take irreversible real-world actions (e.g. financial transfers, regulatory filings, medical orders) fully autonomously, without a human approval step.
05Industry-Specific Requirements
Certain THriveX verticals carry additional, non-negotiable oversight requirements:
THriveX Clinical
Not a substitute for licensed clinical judgment. All patient-facing recommendations require review by a qualified clinician before acting on them.
THriveX SCM
High-value, contractual, or irreversible supply-chain actions (purchase commitments, vendor changes) require documented human sign-off.
Audit & Compliance
Agent-generated findings must be reviewed by a qualified compliance professional before being relied upon or submitted to a regulator.
06Data You Provide to Agents
Do not submit data to an agent that you are not authorized to process — for example, another person's sensitive health, financial, or identity data without a lawful basis. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the inputs you provide to any agent, and for configuring agents so their handling of that data complies with applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data submitted to the Service.
07Monitoring & Enforcement
We may monitor usage of the AI Systems for safety, security, and abuse-prevention purposes, and may suspend or restrict access to agents or accounts that we reasonably believe violate this policy. Where practical, we will attempt to notify you before taking action.
08Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a potential violation of this policy, or of unsafe agent behavior, report it to hello@thub.tech.
09Changes to This Policy
As AI capabilities and regulation evolve, we may update this AI AUP. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date.
